Back in 1999 while working for Lombarda Sport in London, I was asked to bring a car back in the showroom; it was a glorious Saturday morning and due to some roadworks, I found myself diverting through Notting Hill market. Picture this: A Fly Yellow Alfa Romeo GTV, me wearing a yellow jacket and a yellow wristwatch driving on a snail pace.

By the time I entered the showroom, a small crowd had followed me, and my boss came running down the stairs thinking I was involved in some kind of accident. An hour later I was asked to prepare the car for delivery since it was sold on the spot!
This is the third version of this wall mounted lamp version and this time I was inspired by this amazing story choosing Alfa Romeo’s Fly Yellow.
