Some years ago, as I was cleaning up a storage room at my parents house I stumbled across an old wooden box containing some of the previous owner items. Among them, there was a set of leather Humanic Dynafit ski boots dating back to1950’s and I thought that despite the layers of dust and dirt they should be salvaged, a 70-year-old pair old ski boots felt precious enough to save!

In 2025 I decided to restore and reincarnate them into a decorative object. It took one week to bring each boot back to its original condition, and every minute was worth it! The wooden box is kept in “as found” condition apart from a basic maintenance.

This 70-year-old artifact is the perfect idea for decorating a ski chalet, pub/bar or man cave, it plugs into a standard 240V wall socket.

Rest assured that this item is truly a one-off. We will never duplicate the same design for anybody else.
